CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

2nd Avenue is performing construction works and development around the property to better advance our property for you, our valued guests. This work will involve replacing the exterior windows and glass in the building as well as the balcony tiles and will conclude on the 21st of June 2024. Additionally, the work includes exterior balustrade painting, this may cause the indoor pool to be excluded from use while there are people working from heights which is typically only on weekdays from 7AM – 4PM.

You may also experience noisy works during your stay due to external construction works starting nearby on the Gold Coast Light Rail or nearby developments.

This portion of construction is NOT within our hotel grounds, however we would like to make you aware of possible noise coming from some ongoing Burleigh developments.
